Pure Cleanse is a versatile cleaner designed to deep clean multiple surfaces, including brick, limestone, granite, concrete, EIFS, vinyl siding, roofs, awnings, and fiberglass. It effectively removes oxidation and other unwanted soils from exterior building surfaces. As a building restoration cleaner, Pure Cleanse excels and can be used as a secondary rinse to neutralize acid restoration cleaners. On concrete, it removes carbon, oil, tire marks, and other stains, brightening the surface and restoring its look without using acid. Pure Cleanse is compatible with pressure washers, brushes, or low-pressure sprayers, using either hot or cold water. Ensure to protect adjacent and surrounding surfaces not intended for cleaning.
Suggested Dilutions:
- Heavy Oil Stains, Stained Wood: 1:1 to 1:2
- Medium Soil, Lighter Oil Stains: 1:3 to 1:10
- Light Soil / General Degreasing: 1:11 to 1:20
Coverage rates vary from 100 to 250 sq. ft. per gallon, depending on surface porosity, texture, and stain severity.
For best results, always test in an inconspicuous area and allow the surface to dry thoroughly before evaluating the final appearance and results.
Pure Cleanse
1. Dilution: Pure Cleanse should not be mixed with bleach.
2. Application: Do not allow the product to dry on a hot surface. Water pretreatment is generally not necessary. Test a small, inconspicuous area before broad use to ensure compatibility.
3. Brushless Cleaning: For brushless cleaning, use two quick applications for complete soil release. For brushless rinsing, use a pressure of no less than 1,000 psi. Adjust pressures based on surface and stain severity.
4. Pressure Washing: Set the metering valve to the desired dilution rate. Apply the solution from the bottom up on a dry surface, and rinse from the top down.
